I'm currently trying to change my diet plan to low carb , high fat but I need to eat 2400 calories a day at a minimum since I'm two stone underweight. I can't for the life of me figure out how to get to this goal. What do you guys eat !?.
My breakfast used to be a full can of baked beans - 350 calories
4 slices of gluten free bread - 249 calories
3 slices of bacon - around 100 calories
that's 649 calories , most of my meals were around this size but without carbs I can't seem to get anywhere near this goal.
Any ideas ?. Especially for breakfast !.
Another question would be am I likely to loose even more weight if I go low carb , high fat because that's something that really worries me, I look skeletal already.
