That's great news Paulette! Progress is always an excellent sign :).
An ayurvedic practitioner once told me that taking too many supplements can be counteractive to healing, even though common sense says we need nutrients. He said that processing multiple supplements takes energy, and the more energy we divert, the less actually goes into the healing itself.
Before I learned this, I was on 25 different supplements a day. I've cut it down to 5, and all are liquid form. I saw much more progress by taking things away and depending on food than I did from trying to overload myself with nutrients that my body did not have the energy to spare for processing. Just some food for thought..
