its not rude, its the truth you dont want to hear. i get so frustrated when i read these posts on here about people downing fats and animal protein while demonizing carbohydrates. trust me, i fell into the same trap and felt the worst i ever felt. just look through this whole website of carb cutters who are still sick.
you react to carbs because you've been avoiding them and putting the stuff your body doesnt want into you. you need to be doing the opposite, eating HIGH carbohydrate, LOW fat, and LOWER protein.
