At my gym they have a wet steam sauna and a dry sauna. After sitting in the wet sauna (110 deg.) for 30 minutes I came out and realized that my eyes were blood shot and stinging. This was because the steam/steamroom was loaded with chlorine. So I'm thinking this isn't very good for me. Now I'm thinking of exclusively using the dry sauna. Any opinions on saunas? Should I be concerned about the chlorine?
