Thank you so much for listing the blood sugar protocol for me. I have a couple of questions:
First, the original problem listed in this thread was pretty bad insomnia (I sleep for about 3 hours, wake up and can't get back to sleep). By following the blood sugar protocol, are you saying that my sleep will improve? If so, how long would it typically take before I can see an improvement?
Second, are there any "No" foods on this protocol (my first thought is sugar), like there are on your Candida Plan?
