coffee enemas are great!
However, make sure you go through at least one gallon of water. And never ever use any tap water.
If you use enemas, you can recover in less than 2 hours!
Massages are good.
Long walks and fresh air are good, too.
Soaking in Epsom Salt is also good.
Drinking lots of water is great!
Drink a cup of water every 15 minutes.
And you will recover in 4 - 6 hours.
