I know what you mean,
I myself used to experience it, too.
But, if you wish, you could look into
the possibility of testing for sugar.
It is one of the easiest tests.
After getting up in the morning, you
eat half cup of (ordinary, table) sugar.
And then, without eating or drinking
anything else, you wait and see what
happens.
Wait for a few hours. You can easily
tell when it hits you.
Do you really get an asthma-like
reaction?
Because that's what happened on that
Sunday night.
And is your reaction relatively
quick - does it really hit you in
about 20-30 minutes?
