Yes I have heard about this too.

But extremely low cortisol production by the adrenal glands in itself can cause candida to flourish. And that's what was happening to me and why I couldn't get rid of the final 10 percent of what was in me.

And the hydrocortisone is giving me back the energy I needed to eliminate the rest of what was stuck in the mucous membranes of my large intestine.

I only plan on using it short term though, and then wean off.

It is true that high or low cortisol in the body can be a big contributing factor to fungal infections.

You gotta find that balance.

I guess you are saying that the hydrocortisone formulation in itself can be a fuel for the yeast to grow....and I will be very aware and careful with that knowledge.
