You want to get into position,
and stop moving. Do not move
a muscle, not even the smallest
muscle, for up to 60 minutes,
for 30 minutes at the very least.
> Not much gurgling happened,

The gurgling was not about the liver,
and didn't come from the liver. It was
just an initial transient that told you the
liquid you were ingesting was rapidly dropping
from eye level to stomach level.
> Wondering if I should never laid down?
Laying down was a good idea.
Laying motionless would have been
just as important.
The gurgling was an interesting but
unimportant part of the flush.

That is a theory. However, it is
unlikely to be true because the
body doesn't work that fast.

Keep trying. Those with the
hardest stones have had the
hardest lives and the lousiest
food choices. They're the exceptions
and extreme examples rather than

Thanks for reminding me for I've
almost fogotten about this part.
Some of my most successful cleanses
were the very first ones during which
I used significantly more (i.e. 4 or
5 times more) olive oil.
