You need to pay less attention to minor
aches and pains. Minor aches and pains
are part of normal life.

The body is not perfect, and has never
been perfect. There are millions of
people who are really-really suffering.
They can't even walk, can't even write,
and can't even get up, if they fall.

Sorry, no, I haven't.

It sounds like your liver has been overloaded.
Perhaps too much in foods/drinks/toxins.

Chances are it will. However, if you
want to improve your situation, don't
just wait passively.

I suggest you start eating less,
join a health club, get a bunch of
full body massages, colonic irrigations,
and see what happens.

Or, here are a couple of things that
are even better in the next few weeks.
Go on a 7-day water fast,
or a 14-day juice fast.

And by the 14th day you will be healthier
than most folks in your neighborhood.

I hope this helps.
