I suggest you think twice about your extraction,
for what you're about to do is irreversible. And
dental implants are tremendously inconvenient
and terribly overpriced.
As
http://aptarticle.com/health/how-10048-treat-an-abscessed-tooth.html explains, there is no need for dental extractions and/or
root canal treatments, just because you have a dental abscess.

I would do oil pulling most of the time, during the day.

Antibiotics .

Antibiotics anyway?
Antibiotics? They do a bit of good, but they also do a lot of bad. They're NOT good for you. However, most dentists believe in drugs/antibiotics.They think they're generously bestowing upon you a miracle drug, when in fact the value of antibiotics is debateable.
Two months ago -- in connection with a dental implant -- my dentist made a big deal out of prescribing antibiotics to me. I wanted to be nice, so I didn't say 'no' to him,
but I never handled the script, never picked up the med. I just completely ignored his drug, drugstore, and mostly erroneous advice. I suggest you do the same.
I hope this helps.
