Re: Some Background and Question for Telman

Your circumstances are highly unusual.
I have done over 20 flushes,
and I've never experienced any
post-flush pain or tenderness.

Your original post did not appear
clear to me as to which came first in
your life -- the rashes, the meds,
or the liver issues.

> I have put my liver through a lot and
it is not surprising that it is damaged
and unable to function as well. I have
not used alcohol for 30 years, but before
1983 I was an alcoholic. Three years after
I sobered up, I contracted Hep B. Current
tests show no signs of it (thank God), but
it had to have caused some damage. Through
the 90s I practically lived on Aspartame
and junk food, and took Lipitor and lots
of other pharmaceuticals. I also smoked pot.

> Thus, when the urologist and ENT gave me
round after round after round of Antibiotics
in 2008 (for prostatitis and sinusitis), my
system just sort of collapsed and the result
has been four years of rashes on my arms,
legs, and feet.

However, after your most recent post
that gave me your
history/background, I'm beginning to
understand where you're coming from. Yes,
reading your history has made all
the difference to me.

Normally neither the liver flush, nor the
water fast, or the raw fruits, or vegetables
create any additional problems/issues for

However, you're different. Your liver
appears to store an unusually large load of

During fasting the body tries to heal
itself and tries to dump the toxins
it stores.

However, no one says your cleansing
will be the easiest thing in the world.
Yes, there will be many kinds of
cleansing reactions.

However, things will
improve, slowly but surely.
Just keep cleansing.

If the Water Fast creates cleansing
reactions you cannot possibly take,
then proceed with the liver flush.

If the Liver Flush creates cleansing
reactions that are too hard on you,
then try a milder form of fast.
Perhaps the juice fast.

The most important part is that
you keep cleansing, and that
you cleanse whatever you CAN.

Do it as soon as possible,
but do it at your own pace,
and not any faster!
