Re: Regrow Broken Tooth
The first link is NOT working.
The second link is just a mental exercise that
looks good, sounds good, but NOT exactly what
you need.
YES, Weston Price had an opinion on this subject.
AND YES, one of my dentists encouraged me on
one occasion, saying small cavities MAY re-
mineralize, if given sufficient time.
However, she never gave me any specific
instruction on what to eat or what to take
for maximum success.
Also, what she had predicted never
happened. Instead of remineralization, the
cavity grew larger, thus my cost of the
very much needed filling increased as well.
The dentist benefited, and I didn't.
However, we also need to consider that, by
waiting passively, I didn't do anything
specific to facilitate the remineralization
of that tooth.
For example, I could've taken calcium
supplements. That's what most people think of.
Take more calcium carbonate, or calcium
citrate, perhaps in combination of magnesium
citrate, and vitamin D. However, this combination
never works -- at least NOT in my experience.
Or, alternatively, without taking any more calcium,
you could take vitamin D only, as explained at
http://aptarticle.com/health/how-10049-treat-vitamin-D-deficiency.html
And you may succeed.
In the worst case, even if you don't succeed
with your plan of re-growing your broken tooth,
you will be happier, you will sleep better, you
will improve your health and well-being -- if
you take MORE vitamin D.
