I agree it is not all perfect. I mayself saw him speak today. And it seems pretty correct what he says about high veggie contenet and fats. I still have these darn cravings, even though I am not suffering hypoglcemia anymore. I did not read his book. I just believe his belief of high base veggies. I am still on NB and believe in this as well, it just I am put on a high protein (meats and eggs) and I feel I just need to up the veggies and fruit( I may start iwht the low glycemic ones to see how it goes)intake. I feel my cells are starving.
I don't know if it is gonna work for me, but like you say you have to believe in your instincts.
Can you tell me what is your diet about? Is it just fruits and veggies or do you have a percentage of good quilty protein daily.
I am not advocating for anyone else who is on NB, I just need to see the out come for me.
Sorry not trying to confuse anyone on NB, I just needed to add tons more veggies to my diet. I am hoping it will stop my craving and feed the cells.
