Excellent point. I was wondering same thing. I have always been very skinny and hardgainer. Eating plenty vegetables is healthy but it's not a good source for complex carb and protein which are essential for body. Whenever I eat full plate of vegetables alone, in next hour or so I get hungry again. It just doesn't satisfy my hunger. This makes me wonder if i should follow Dr. wilson's diet advice or not??
