Well, just eat light, and eliminate Sugar and flour as much as possible. It sounds like bad advice because when you are sick, you need nutrients, but if you are trying to saturate your system to find parasites, it's better not to dilute with too much food.
The stomach rumbling and gas is actually a good indicator that you may actually have parasites. I swear, I am cnvinced that those who say "I used to love garlic and onion, but now I can't eat them" have worms. Of course! They don't like it. Our stomachs don't just suddenly not tolerate foods.
That really smart to have the attitude you have about it, it's not easy to treat, but once free of them (if that is what you have), you might be saving a lifetime of issues later on.
