Re: Is collagen loss reversible?

Ari70- The skin will repair itself over time. My skin looked horrible over a year ago but has improved greatly. I am 50 and people have been commenting that I have no wrinkles. So things are improving.

I eat a 48 hour bone broth each day for breakfast and lunch. It is loaded with collagen and many other important nutrients to heal the body. I also eat the Paleo diet and have been on the NB program for almost 14 months. As the mineral deficincies are corrected in the body everything starts to heal.
