Re: Is collagen loss reversible?

Hello All,

Thank you for all of your replies. I drank bone broth daily for 3 years before I got sick, then I realized I had a food sensitivity to chicken and I find the beef bone broth nauseating! I feel am well hydrated due to the fact that I am no longer dizzy and I can move about with a bit more swiftness than previously. And yes, Coconut oil had been my moisturizer of choice for many many years now...LOVE that stuff!

Also, I did NB for three years with no results, so I am kind of left to my own devices trying to remineralize. I plan on getting a hair test in a couple months in order to see if what I have been doing is doing any thing at all. I certainly will report back if it shows that my efforts have been fruitful.

Thanks again!
Arienne
