Derms were used to tell I need to constantly moisturize -not very surprising while having flakes btw-, that's not why they knew much about it.

If the first told me it could be a case of factitious cheilitis, I wouldn't be there. There is still a big lack of knowledge about it, not well-considered.

The diagnosis remains hard and still a lot of hesitation before following a concrete trail. Tweet
