My practitioner (Theresa Vernon) does not push the coffee enemas or the saunas. Especially for a person who is very weak. When I first started NB I couldn't handle any of that. I was taking my supplements at half doses every other day for the first month until I was stronger. There is no set protocol for NB. You move as quickly as your body will allow.
I still don't do coffee enemas, and my sauna consists of spending 30 minutes a day in the Florida sun. Sometimes I sweat, sometimes I don't.
