I'm salivating for the dandelions to come out haha I feel even better, and need to eat much less greens from the store because they are so high in minerals.
There are so many different lifestyles within vegan/raw vegan community. I really think there is no right and wrong. I've experimented with every opinion, high calories vs lower, high fruit vs 50/50 greens and fruit. Eventually, our own bodies tell us what makes us look better and have more energy.
I actually eat 1500 calories, not 2000 like I thought. I can eat 2000 if I eat more fruit. But when I do, I feel like I'm eating when I'm not hungry. If I eat 50/50, it's just right for me, but is shocking to others who recommend 2500 for a girl. Other girl's do, and their energy is great, so it works for them.
So I just make it my goal not to follow anyone's beliefs. I am just a learning/experimenting kind of person. I think everyone has many answers, but noone has all of them haha
