Yes, I get the chunks of stuff constantly having to snort them back and "swallow" them down my neck or physically push it down with my hand by pressing on the outside of my neck and sinuses. Depending on whichever parasite is more prominent in my body at the time it is either these chunky nasty things that constantly break off, i think it is segemnts, or these worm-like threads/strings larva that are doing the same thing. If I push on my sinuses or open my mouth wide and tug my ears I can feel them moving around, then I snort to try to get them to the neck where I can swallow them down further into my neck and push the neck on all sides, and down, to get them to go back to the chest cavity.
It is an endless thing I have to do in order to keep my head from being completely bloated and having massive headaches due to high inter cranial pressure.
If I have a long day at school, I cant exactly be pushing on my sinuses, snorting constantly, and pushing my neck, otherwise people would stare, so by the time the day is over I usually feel like complete shit until I get home and can drain them out of my head.
I hate these things.
I get so mad at them. Sometimes if I feel one twitching in my leg or arm, I will squeeze that area very hard hoping to kill it. I am not sure if it does anything though but it helps me relieve my frustration.
I also have been doing neck stretches I saw on youtube, it helps them drain down sometimes, especially the ones that move up the back of the neck, around the back of the head, and up to the top of the head, like caressing the brain.
