Re: How do you manage your follicultis?

I shaved my head years ago, which helped immensely, and kept it shaved for 2 years.

After that, I've groen my hair back. I keep it very short at the sides, and only allow it to grow to any length on top (where I'm thinning). I spray with lemongrass / isopropyl / oregano, when I get a spot now, and it usually disappers very quickly.

Apart from a massive overnight flare up last year, when I had flu (and had to shave again), I've been pretty much trouble free, AND MEDS FREE for about 2/3 years.

I recommend essential oils to everyone, and having a style where you can keep the thickest parts of your hair as short as possible (easier for men than women).
