I understand where you're coming from. I tried getting to 2000 by eating more fruit. It made me feel so tired because I would have to over eat. I think people like myself who eat 50/50 fruit and greens feel stuffed on less food. My energy, and sleep are the best of my life. At some point we just have to listen to our bodies. I think we are all at different places in our detox, and our body's crave different things. I crave kimchi, seaweed, and greens. But don't get me wrong. I love my fruit!
