I've tried many Liver Flush protocols, and I've tweaked some of them to get the best results while minimizing the cleansing reactions.
Do the usual apple juice, apple cider vinegar, malic acid, whatever, preparation for one week before to soften the stones. Also, consider taking at the same time Black-Walnut tincture to adress a possible parasite issue. On the day of the flush, take no supplements, and eat very lightly, nothing that trigger bile to be released (no fats, little protein, best is vegetables and/or fruits).
Stop eating at 2PM. In the afternoon, do a castor oil pack over the liver area for 1 hour. Soon after, take a high enema to clear the colon. At 8PM, take 1 Tbsp of Epsom Salts in 8oz water. At 10PM make and drink the flush potion: 4oz olive oil, 4oz minimum of grapefruit/lemon juice, 1-2 dropperful of strong Black-Walnut tincture, and optionnally few grams of ornithine to deal with ammonia the dying parasites might release and help with sleep. Lie immediatly on your right side with legs close to the chest, and remain for 30 minutes at least.
2 hours later, take a strong herbal laxative like senna to accelerate transit time. Go to sleep.
The next morning, take senna again around 7am. You should start passing stones in the late morning. Eat very lightly if not at all for lunch. Juices are best. In the afternoon, especially if you don't feel too well, take a high enema to clear the colon of stones and toxic bile. Once you're clear, by late afternoon, do a kefir retention enema to repopulate the gut with good bacterias. Et voilŗ!
Ideally, eat liver friendly foods in the next few days, limit fats and animal proteins for a while.
