Usually post over in adrenal fatigue, but finding I need to go after my candida a little bit more ambitiously.
When I take raw garlic, I get really bad insomnia. I have done the experiment enough to know that the insomnia is from the garlic. It seems to irritate my gut and possibly stimulate the vagus nerve? (if I am guessing), or it is from die off?
What do y'all think? Is insomnia a good sign of strong die off from the garlic, or a bad sign of unnecessary gut irritation?
(background - I do have some gerd and gut inflammation).
