Re: Do you feel better or worse when fasting?

You should feel slightly worse before it gets better. It also depends on what kind of juices you fast. You should mainly juice vegetables, and chose some that will assist the detoxification organs. There is many things you can do to relieve detox symptoms during a fast: coffee enemas, plain water enemas, activated charcoal, hot/cold shower...

For optimum results you should juice fast along with herbs that will adress your condition. Juice fasting allows the body to direct most of its energy towards healing, but very little healing will occur if you don't adress the cause. Unbalanced gut flora is almost always an issue in health problems and juice fasting alone cannot reverse totally this issue in most cases.
