Cool! Glad you are following the experts. Anyways, I think you got digestion under control then. You may need to search this forum for constipation. Things like Magnesium, Vitamin C, Aloe Vera (pure), and Slippery Elm (requires lots of water) will help. Senna tea is a winner as well but don't use it too much. There is a lot of misinformation so it's helpful to look at a lot of posts and to talk to a doctor to get a strategy to combat constipation. The culprit could be something like low thyroid in addition to your leaky gut. Also, look up some places that do colonics in your area and see if the doctor there can help diagnose the problem.
