I use homemade goat milk kefir usually fermented for 48hours. I drink about 3 cups daily and use 1 cup of kefir for the retention enemas. I add one Tbsp of chlorella to the kefir.
I usually do several high water enemas to clear the colon first and then put in the kefir. I retain it for how long as I can and make sure it makes its way to the upper colon. I start on my left side, then on my back with butt elevated, then right side.
When I first started this, I was already drinking kefir in good amounts. After my first retention enema, I literally expelled probably hundreds of parasites, and worms.
