All the advice below is very good in my opinion. Try to have a few raw veggies, because in the raw they have good enzymes, but the others are right it may be too much and you may need to microwave or juice them.
Another program for general health is nutritional balancing. It works by rebuilding the mineral levels in your body. Definitely won't replace the candida protocol, but it could be useful along with it. Good luck, I went through a lot of the same stuff in high school - and now I am in college and about 75% better. It's gonna take time, and its going to be really challenging, but you can come back from this.
