lakshmi7, I don't approve natway interventions on the forum, but there's no such a thing as concentrated "life force" in animal flesh or even in plant based foods. Food is just calories, proteins, carbohydrates, fats, fiber, vitamins, minerals, enzymes. And vegetables and fruits have far more enzymes, minerals, fibers and vitamins than any animal flesh. I'm not saying vegan is necessarily the way to go, especially the fruitarian diet that natway advocates, but there is no doubt that vegetables and fruits have much more healing qualities than any animal flesh.

Regarding fasting, fasting (especially on vegetable juices) has healed thousands and thousands of people from terminal diseases, and it doesn't "damage" anyone if the fast is properly conducted.
