I did the Warrior diet when the forum was new, 7 years ago.
I was following the Pitta diet.
Nowadays there are a lot of diets based on daytime fasting
and for me they work. After 2 years mainly almost being a
vegetarian I found out about body typing, there is forum here I think it is called metabolic typing.
I was getting sluggish again and realized my body needed meat. Since around 2007 I have been following a more low
carbohydrate diet, that works for ME.
I still skip breakfast since I feel better, I certainly can't start with carbohydrates because it makes my whole day sluggish.
At times I only eat about 5-6 hours out of the day.
It takes a long time (many years) to figure out what your body needs we have to keep reading and learning.
I also find the body often changes so you might have to make adjustments.
