Vitamin C in doses large enough will keep the bowels moving. The amount is different for different people, but 4-8 grams will usually work unless someone has a cold or something that makes them need more vitamin C. Don't take a lot of vitamin C on a full stomach or you might get bloating. When I take large doses I like to do it first thing in the morning and wait for a half hour or so before I eat anything.
Sea minerals also work and also some mineral supplements work. A regular dose won't do anything but keep adding more until you get the effect you want.
I don't think there are any effective Candida treatment plans that don't limit either the amount or type of carbs. We are using the GAPS diet, but there are other ones. I am not sure if you are asking if a low carb diet will help keep the bowels moving or not. It won't, but it makes it harder for the candida to multiply as quickly.
