Interesting info, never heard of this. Unfortunately, this article will probably not go much further. There will not be any funds dedicated to future study, atleast as long as those who are keeping the parasite issue under wraps can manage to keep it buried.
I have thought for some time that Ascaris or whatever the majority of us have is morphing into something bigger in our bodies, like something in our environment is feeding them. Sounds like Science Fictiom, but I belong to other support groups regarding parasites, and some of the pictures are very different than most posted here on curezone, the worms are monsterously big.
But, to the original poster.....there is a part of the specimen in the pic that still has a worm like body on the end, so it does look like ascaris. When they come out, they have been digested, most of what we see is parts and pieces of the body. Most of the time, during the digestion and activity in the colon, the innards of the worms break down, and what ends up in the tiolet is just the outer skin.
