don't stress so much about it first off. eventually you will figure it out even if it takes some time
getting a proper assessment of your prakruti and vikruti is one of the hardest things, even for experienced doctors.
When you take the prakruti quiz, answer the questions in general terms, not in terms of your current situation.
when you take the vikruti quiz answer in terms of very recent events, maybe the last 1-2 weeks. your vikruti will always be changing while you are sick/healing.
There are some very general things that are tipoffs to the prakruti. for example if you were born very thin and have always been underweight your whole like then then this is a vata indication.
if you were always hot tempered with an aversion to sunlight and prone to rashes then this is a pitta indication.
and so on...
it can help to take multiple quizes as well because some of them focus on different aspects, but to put the results of multiple tests together can be sort of a meta diagnosis. nothing can take the place of a qualified practitioner though.
