To me it sounds like your body isn't being properly nourished with the right nutrients, which we can receive from food sources. Proper diet, hydration, rest, and sunlight can make a world of difference. I would research Dr. Douglas Graham and the 80/10/10 diet. It is a raw vegan diet high in carbohydrates and low in protein and fat. Keep in mind that supplements don't heal the body, rather the body heals itself when it receives proper nutrition, rest, sunlight, and clean water.
