Get those mercury teeth out, eat healthy (gluten and dairy free or an Elimination Diet might be a good idea?), vitamin C & D, seem to be easy and good bets for anyone.
Careful with the copper, even the 50%. I learned I cannot have any, and there are some others on here who do not tolerate copper at ALL, and it is very problematic for us. Others seem to do just fine, but you might google 'copper toxicity' and see if it resonates.
