You are on the right track my friend. Just take it easy. I like probiotics on rising and retiring, and think this is a good time to take them. How about eating some raw garlic? You can also step up your intake of onions in general and fresh herbs if you can get them. Eggs and protein is good, and of course you know to avoid refined carbs. I place folks on a low-allergy diet for a few weeks after I commence them on a candida diet, as most people have a leaky-gut and/or one or several food allergies when they have a bad yeast infection. The top culprit is cow's milk. Also avoid peanuts, oranges, chocolates,and be careful with soy as it can be allergy forming.
