I can smell my odor sometimes. It has been greatly reduced by eliminating all fried foods, all meat and dairy . The first thing I do in the morning is drink 8oz of water with a juice of a whole lemon squeezed in it, drink it down then eat grapefruit, cucumbers, celery,carrots and other vegetables all day long.
I eat different things but I don't eat meat more than 2 times a week and I rarely do that ... The result is I smell less and I don't have morning breath as bad as I used too
