Well that's thing, I can't eat protein in large amounts. It makes me smell bad. That's why I say I still have the odor but it is reduced significantly by avoiding it and its sources. Most foods will have protein in it anyway but I keep it under 3grams if I can. I do eat seeds and nuts but not more than a handful but I have to be careful. One problem I do run into is that I find myself eating more carbs, which can be a problem too but the multivitamin I take makes me very hungry .
I don't recommend anyone to eat the way I do , this is only what works for me. Sometimes I still smell bad anyway . I noticed the more malodorous foods I eat , I run into problems there too
