As I said, switch to coconut oil for source of fats. Almond butter is very hard to digest, for many reasons, and the main one being that it has quite a lot of proteins AND fats, which don't mix well together. And you make it worth by mixing it with more carbs (oats) and more proteins (whey).
You'd better not mix too many food groups in one meal. Chances are that with 5 meals a day, and that amount of fats and proteins, your stomach is not empty when you have another meal. And this is bad, especially if you have candida issues.
Once your candida will be under control, your digestive system will work better and you'll be able to bulk much easier, with less calories. Cleansing and bulking don't go too well together.
