The better you digest your food, the less candida has fuel to proliferate. Digestive enzymes with meals are useful, but betaine HCL is even more needed, because almost all sufferers tend to have low stomach acid.

Also, enzymes taken away from food are really efficient for targeting candida and parasites. I tried a product (expensive...) called Candidase by Enzymedica, and I found it did exactly what it is said to do. It contains two type of enzymes, cellulase and protease, and they claim the cellulase digests the cell wall of the fungus while the protease cleanses up the waste minimizing die off. I tried much higher dosages than what is recommended with great success, even adding more protease to minimize die off even more.

For parasites specifically, the bromelain enzyme (from pineapple) is really good.
