Yeah. The way I look at it is this.. I am treating the cause of my AF, but in doing that it's not necessarily the "cure", as we know that with AF it's usually a pretty interesting situation with all the weird reactions, tolerance of supplements, sleep issues, etc. I think his model makes more sense to me than anything else I have found. Trauma is stored deep within the brain. Techniques like deep breathing and meditation are great for calming down, but don't work on re-training the brain. I believe that if you don't re-train your thinking, you will never, ever get better. This is one way to do it, that makes sense to me.
