I'm not too fond of antifungals in general, because they often affect friendly flora. That's why I recommend homemade kefir, chlorella and colostrum, because they're very efficient at destroying candida and actually promote friendly bacteria growth. Otherwise, the natural antifungals I recommend are raw garlic, turmeric, coconut oil, cayenne pepper, and apple cider vinegar, because they're cheap (apart from the coconut oil) and very efficient in my experience. They also have a myriad of other benefits.
I've found that ground flaxseeds were also mildly antifungal, and so is psyllium (seeds rather than husks).
