How about that amber?:)
"This thread got way more interesting than I originally thought"
I've read all the messages and believe me I really don't know what to write to people who were so kind to share their experience or expertise or emotions.
When personal experience is involved I guess any people get emotional ...my second thought although is everybody share their ways/opinion/ expertise trying to help and this thought makes me chill out from my first emotional reaction. :)
Coming back to my question :) have you tried his protocol? Some said it misses the last stage of AF being very "crashed" when adrenals are so burnt out they can't stand any stimulants which make sense. Others said it should be ok - is the way and quantity and timing of taking them either glandulars or "stimulatory" that makes the difference.
I have the luxury of receiving both sides opinions and yet being so confused :). To be onest I found in both approaches truths and doubts as very good explanations or questions for me...confusion is not a good state to take decision...
Is just was reading his book now found a lot of good stuff but found the supplements parts confusing for me as I didn't yet tried glandulars or stimulants since my "first" big crash...again hm...cause I don't want to do more harm than good to myself
