Re: how does mold feed candida?

Candida does not feed on fungus or mold, this is true.

Consuming moldy foods is just not a good idea for anyone.

The reason these types of foods aggravate some people with candida is that their immune systems have been traumatized by fungus and anything resembling fungus sets off the immune response.

Also when a person is very weak even small amounts of active yeast or mold can proliferate very rapidly. If you were to deep fry some yeasted bread for 2 hours there would be no immune response because those suc***s would definitely all be dead. Your liver would not be happy though.

Vinegar is a different story altogether since it is a very potent killer of all things pathogenic, and a negative response would just be massive die-off reaction.
