Well being aware of it is a good start. You can expand this awareness until it's not a problem anymore. For example, if you are about to eat and notice this stress and anxiety and awareness of it isn't enough, then you can spend more time with it. Ask questions. Why am I feeling this anxiety? Is this feeling rational? And so on. This is sort of like exposure therapy. It can be painstaking but it has worked for me.
