Just wanted to share what has been working for me...
I orginally I was on the Anti Candida Diet for 4 months, the Diet allows certian starches, and carbs. I was eating Brown Rice, and Brown Rice Crackers with Lunch and Dinner.
Occasionally I would eat corn torillas also.
I would not touch Sugar or fruits.
To my suprise After 4 months, the Candida in my stomach got worse, and my digestion was not good. Looking back this was too much carbs, and candida was getting stronger.
Anything with carbs would cause candida\yeast agrivation...including half an avacado. Anything I ate even with 3-4 digestive Enzymes would just ferment in my stomach, and would keep me up a night with indigestion. I could only sleep 3-4 hours.
So After reviewing many good posts on this site and Dr. Eric Barkers recommendations, for the Last 4-5 weeks Ive stayed away from all carbs/starches. I only eat Meats and Vegatables (Home cooked), the only starchy foods I consume are Turnips and Almonds moderatly.
Additionally I take:
-Grape Seed Extract 3-4 times a day. 5 drops
-2-3 Digestive Enymes with Every meal.
-Caprilyc Acid - 3 times a day
-Probiotics (Healthy Origins 30Bil) 3 times a day away from AFs/
-Home made Saurkraut with every meal.
-Raw Diced Organic Garlic in my Salad or Soups.
-Lots of Raw Onions in Salads.
-Lime Juice in my Water to help promote Acidity in my stomach...before and during meals.
-Olive Oil/Flax Seed Oil to to help maintain weight.
I was getting major Die-off, Headaches, Burning Eyes, Cold hands and feet.
To Help Aleviate Die-off and stress on my Liver:
-I would take Milk Thistle
-Last 3 weeks I started Kefir and water enemas 3-4 times a week.
-Also I go to the Sauna or Take a Hot Bath (Detox)6 days a week (this helped my die-off tremendously)
Last several days my digiestion is at 80-90%. Im sleeping well, and my skin looks great. Very little Systemic Yeast Symptoms. And Im starting to gain some of the weight I lost (lost 30 lbs).
Hopefully my progress continues...and I hoping Ill be 100% in the next couple months..
