Re: Clear white tongue?

A white or colored tongue is most always a sign of dysbiosis, and it can come from yeast, parasites or a bacterial overgrowth. You will also commonly find a low growth of beneficials. Typically, it will be coated at the back or the very back of the tongue, sygnifying a problem with your colon, or large intestine.

There are many ways to clear this problem, but diet will have the biggest impact. The more Sugar you consume, the thicker and whiter these plaques will appear. Following a good anti-candida program will help significantly. I have written extensively about clearing bugs on

Look at the sides of your tongue as well, if they are scalloped, expect some degree of liver weakness or congestion. Look at the very tip, if it is red - expect stomach issues. Look at the middle of your tongue, if it is white then your small intestine has dysbiosis as well. If the entire tongue is coated white then you have a big clean-up ahead!
