Low sodium problems and sea salt

I saw in quite a few posts Hawaiian Bamboo Jade Sea Salt being recommended by Marie. I ordered it and it has arrived a few days ago. My sodium is still a 2 and potassium 1 in my last ARL hair test :(

My questions are for those who have used Sea Salt :

1) Should I only sprinkle the Sea Salt on food or also in plain drinking water?

2) How long does it take to get rid of the low sodium symptoms like cramps, frequent urination and heavy limbs etc when starting on sea salt? Are we talking days, weeks or months?

Of course I am still taking the ARL 4 lows supplements i.e Limcomin (2-2-2), Paramin (2-2-2) and digestive enzymes.

Thanks.
